This is the Lockheed FF-117 Stealth attack aircraft that was deem by pilots the only one would be safe to be flown over Baghdad.
The reason was : The F-117A carries no radar, which lowers emissions and cross-section, and whether it carries any radar detection equipment is classified.
Which means it’s super stealthy… No one would realize it flew over a town.
That is what it says on wiki so don’t flame me on it.
However in Yugoslavia one was shot down by a surface-to-air missile (SAM) on 27 March 1999.
