- Recommended Paper Weight: 80–220 gsm (20 lb bond – 80 lb text)
- Tip: 160–180 gsm (60–65 lb cardstock) is ideal for most models

A friend of mine asked me to find him a cosplay helmet for his graduation dinner, so I got him a real life size Gundam Eva helmet .
It’s sized at 400mm wide and 323mm deep—about A4 size. I couldn’t find a color version, so you’ll need to color it yourself.
If you find the size to be too small or too big for your liking, you can resize it using Pepakura Designer, as the PDO file is unlocked.
Unlocked means there’s no need for a password and you can edit and resize it however you want.
The templates require 13 pages of paper. I don’t know who made this; I found it on MediaFire. We have a couple more Gundam helmets available on our website that you can check out.
