This is Kasugano Sora anime paper craft from the anime series Yosuga no Sora.
After losing their parents in a car accident, fraternal twins Haruka and Sora move to a rural town, where Sora develops deep feelings for her brother and pursues a forbidden love that threatens to disrupt their new friendships.
It was actually an adult Visual Novel game that turns to anime after its popularity soared in Japan.
I haven’t watch this though. To be honest sister/brother falling for each other is not my type of genre
