This is Nekoguri Tama from Gugure! Kokkuri-san’s anime.
Tama is the mascot face for a traditional sweet shop that is failing. She is obsess with dolls and Kohina-san.
Because of her obsession, she collected a lot of creepy and broken haunted dolls which occupy her shop making her even more poor.
The sweets in the shop too tailored of her taste which is why the shop is failing as it did not cater to her customer interest.
Did I mention that she is a cat spirit? So she’s not a real cat, she is a spirit.
