I completely forgot that I still had two battleship papercrafts shared by Obed, so today I’m going to post both of them. This one features the USS North Carolina BB-55 battleship papercraft.
The USS North Carolina BB-55 was one of the most celebrated battleships of World War II, known for its speed and firepower. Launched in 1940, she played a key role in major naval battles and was famously the first American battleship commissioned after the war started.
With her sleek design and impressive armament, including nine 16-inch guns, she became a symbol of naval strength. After the war, she served as a museum ship and remains a beloved piece of history, showcasing the power and bravery of the U.S. Navy.
The scale of this model is 1:200, and since there aren’t any preview pictures of the finished product from the manufacturer or from Obed, I used a picture that someone posted on Reddit as a reference.
