This is Toshio Ozaki and Tatsumi from the manga / anime Shiki . Shiki is about a village that was overrun by vampires and Dr. Toshio Ozaki is the only one who knew what was going on
Despite the girly drawings of every characters except Dr. Ozaki , Shiki storyline was extremely thrilling oh and a bit gore too. They undo most of it in anime though better that way I wouldn’t want to see such gore thing in animation.
Tatsumi in this papercraft version is very “light” than his manga/anime. In anime he could be mistaken as Hardo Gay Man.
