This is a dioarama paper craft made specificity to be used with 1/12 figma/figurine.
If you went to an arcade or watch manga/anime there would probably be a scene where the character will go to an arcade and play a crane game.
This is most notable in Galge and romance story-lines where the main hero would play crane game and gifts the winning prize to the girl.
