This is an old papercraft of the Obscura camera from the game Fatal Frame, which was originally available on the PS2 console.
This Obscura camera papercraft is designed by Bluedragon. It looks very detailed, similar to the one in the Fatal Frame game, yet requires only a few sheets of paper to assemble. That’s definitely a plus for us.
In the PS2 game, you need to capture pictures of ghosts to defeat them, all while having a very limited number of shots with the camera and a long cooldown period. This makes for a truly scary gaming experience.
I heard that a new Fatal Frame remake is coming in 2026, which was announced just two days ago. It’s FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly, and it will be available on PS5, Xbox, likely the Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. It’s about time for them to make this remake!
Anyway, before the remake arrives feel free to build this awesome camera . The PDO file needs to be opened using an older version of Pepakura Designer/Viewer, preferably Pepakura Designer/Viewer 4.
