Hinazuki Kayo is one of the main character in Boku Dake Ga Inai Machi.
She is the girl that Satoru regret the most that he couldn’t save her when they were kids.
He repeat time traveling unconsciously to save Kayo and few other girls from unknown murderer that killed Satoru’s mother in future.
Satoru may had some feelings for Kayo when they were kids but all those feeling ended when he goes into Koma and Kayo marries Satoru’s friend Hiromi.
Yeah I couldn’t believe it either that she married Hiromi, the guy which everyone misunderstood as girl in Satoru’s group.
