Menma or Honma Meiko is the ghost that appear in front of Jinta because he and his friends has to fulfill for her.

If I recall back in the anime the first time she appear in front of Jinta, she is in her 5 year old version.

However our paper craft here is her adult version which also do appear in the anime.

Because of her ghost, Jinta got back together with their group before her death. Together they try to fulfill Menma wishes and let her rest in peace.
