This is a custom Gundam f91 based of the original F91 Gundam.

Gundam F91 is a popular Gundam back in the 1990s as it has its own animated film called Mobile Suit Gundam F91 F91 Kid? Senshi Gandamu Effu Kuj?ichi. The movie is set thirty years after Char’s Counterattack.

This custom SD Gundam F91 paper craft is designed by unknown, a korean paper craft designer. The templates comes in PDF and sadly it does not come with instruction guide.
