This is Kuroshi tsuji aka Black Butler main hero Ciel Phantomhive cosplaying as a girl.
I didn’t recognize this character at first, had to ask people from our fanpage and one of them pointed to me that it was Ciel in cosplay .
Backstory
Ciel Phantomhive is a character from the manga and anime series “Black Butler.” He is the head of the Phantomhive noble family and owns a successful toy and confectionery business called the Funtom Company.
However, Ciel has a dark secret and made a pact with a demon named Sebastian Michaelis to seek revenge for his parents’ murder and the destruction of his family estate. Ciel is portrayed as intelligent, calculating, and driven by his desire for revenge.
In Kuroshi tsuji’s anime there is one episode where he had to cosplay as a girl , I don’t remember why and which episode but this image of Ciel is quite popular for fan cosplay
