Excelia and Rapunzel paper craft is made by pepasweet .

This two character is from Japanese mobile game RPG Shironeko Project.

Shironeko Project also has an anime but I’m not sure if these two characters appears in it because googling doesn’t show these two as any of the main characters for the anime version.

This paper craft were displayed at a Hong Kong fan art exhibition and it was noticed worldwide and now you can download and make it yourself.
