Soviet Boxer Destroyer is not the correct translation for this model. Other translation that I could find for this model is Destroyer Voheg to which both information is not available on google.
This might be a custom model by this publisher.
However on the pamphlet it did mention 1895 and the closest information I could found is this : Sokol (“?????”, 1895, Glasgow, BF) – Renamed the Prytkiy (“???????”) in 1902, she was reclassified as a minesweeper in 1915, transferred to the Volga River and the Caspian Sea in 1918, and broken up (BU) in 1922.
