- Recommended Paper Weight: 80–220 gsm (20 lb bond – 80 lb text)
- Tip: 160–180 gsm (60–65 lb cardstock) is ideal for most models

I don’t remember if I have posted this before. Space pod paper craft by Uhu02. Requires 9 sheets of paper to build.
Uhu02 is a big fan of sci-fi movies such as Star Wars and anything related to space, flying ship, saucer and what not so he designed a lot of original paper model from those movies he watches.
The space pod here is from a movie of 2001 called A Space Odyssey.
I tried reading its wiki page but it all came out gibberish to me.. The plot totally didn’t make sense to me perhaps because it was in writing.
What I like about this model is that there is a similar plastic model from portal series and Gundam series of this pod, and it’s a pretty cool model to place on shelf.
