This version is, as the title suggests, a 17th anniversary version. I’m not sure if Miku is really 17 years old. it feels like she’s not that old yet. However, I do like the design of this version because it looks more casual to me.
This time, the templates and instructions come in separate RAR files, so you’ll need to download both to assemble it. Of course, if you just want the templates and prefer to build it blind, that’s up to you.
