Kagamine Rin is a vocaloid character . This is a chibi Kagamine Rin paper craft made by Jajaku from Korea.

Since this is a chibi version, you might want to check the normal aka figma version of Kagamine Rin paper craft .

Vocaloid is a voice synthesizer software where you can craft songs and made the character sing in a sync like voices.

Which is pretty cool if you know what you were doing.

This model is not a perfect chibi of Rin . It’s a bit cartoon-ish to me but it might makes Rin fans happy.
