This is Android 17 from Dragon Ball Fighter Z .
Android 17 or his name Lapisu is the twin brother of Android 18. He is build to server Dr.Gero’s vendetta against Goku. Android 17 is a young man with a short, slim build, much like his twin sister, Android 18.
To be honest the twins look like Bulma to me.
What we have here is a chibi version of Android 17 paper craft model which is pretty big actually.
About 26 cm tall in size and requires 7 sheets of paper to print.
