This is Pikachu the main character you know from Pokemon game and anime series dressed as a Luchador professional wrestler suit.
The libre suit is from Pok?mon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Nintendo video game.
After appearing in 2015’s Pokken Tournament, the design was used as an alternate skin for Pikachu in 2018’s Super Smash Brothers Ultimate on Nintendo Switch.
There’s also Pikachu Libre who is an Electric type Pok?mon playable in Pokk?n Tournament. And it’s a girl.. I never knew there could be a girl pikachu.
I always thought Pikachu would be a boy.
