She is a robot built by Senbei Norimaki who looks like a young girl. She is known for her na?vet?, energetic personality, lack of common sense, and amazing strength.
So I’ve never actually read Dr. Slump and the first time I heard of Dr. Slump is when Dragon Ball series did a cameo version of Dr.Slump in their manga.
Back when I was a kid they only sells Dragon Ball and not Dr.Slump but now that we have internet we can always read manga online right.
