Asuka is Japan’s largest luxury ship. Its total length is 241m with 436 cabin room and a 21 knots cruising speed.
Asuka was originally build by Mitsubishi and run under the company of Nippon Yusen Kaisha. In 2006 her name was changed due to restructure and was changed into Asuka II.
This scale model is scaled at 1:800 , it is practically an easy model suitable for kids and adults. Instruction came with templates are in Japanese language with pictures for those who doesn’t read Nihonggo.
Assembling Asuka is easy enough that it is a suitable task for an elementary kids school project.
