Barasuishou translated as Rose Crystal, he or she .. to be honest I can’t tell from this model if its a female or a male model but according to wiki Barasuishou is a female.
This model wasn’t the best model available for Rozen Maiden characters, in fact there is not that many people designing models for Rozen Maidens. We’re lucky we even have one.
According to the anime storyline she is an imposter and claimed to be the 7th doll. Her models requires about 7 sheets of paper and comes in two .PDO version
