This cottage paper craft model is called Chata Terezka.
I don’t know Czech but in trying to find more on this model I did try Googling and I found out that there is a place in Dolni Morava, Czech with an indoor lodging called Chata Terezka .
In fact that place has an abundant of Chata Terezka, which is a building where you can rent it for holidays. In order words this is an inn? A hotel.
Model requires 2 piece of printing paper to build. It’s difficulty is 3/5 stars.
