This is Robot Damashii 093 Zandacross from the movie Doraemon: Nobita and the Steel Troops.

I haven’t watch this movie so I hadn’t had a clue what it’s all about but pretty sure is somewhat has a parody of Gundam in it or maybe Super Sentai wars or something.

Zandacross looks a bit like Mazinger doesn’t it? From what I read on wikipedia they did a bit of parody on Mazinger too.

The movie was released back in March 15, 1986. That’s weird because I didn’t even know it existed. Back during the 90s I did rent a lot of Doraemon’s movie..
