To continue our Neon Evangelion papercraft series, here is Evangelion 2.0 Head Collection EVA-01 Awakening Ver based on Seven Two released action figurine. By 2.0 it means it’s from the movie (You Can (Not) Advance) .
Unit 01 was created in the Third Annex of Gehirn’s Artificial Evolution Laboratory in Hakone and is piloted by Shinji Ikari .
Shinji piloted it with Dummy Plug as backup pilots. It is the first and the only Evangelion to be created from Lilith, the Second Angel, instead of Adam, the First Angel, from whom all the other Evangelions were created.
I don’t know about you but I think it’s pretty creepy to keep just the head as a figure (or papercraft) in my bedroom or any place in my house. Especially when it looks like it wanted to chomp me..
Anyhow, I am not sure if there is a scene from the movie where this head is shown or this is just a model for sales since I haven’t watch their new movie yet. The papercraft are in PDF and requires only 4 sheets of paper . Assembling guides comes in .PDO. Model kit is made by jury
