The Hatsune Miku Flower Fairy Clover ver. papercraft was requested by a reader, and it just so happens that my source has it available.
Anyway, if I’m not mistaken, this Miku is a version from her collaboration with clover.club in which you can listen to below. They also have a figurine for sale that Eerappc based the papercraft version on.

As for the papercraft, it has a medium-hard difficulty level but is very high quality, as is typical of Eerappc’s designs. It requires 9 sheets of paper to build and you’ll need a PDO viewer to access the instruction guide.
