let me think about this for a second. I don’t remember seeing any goblin in the movie..

i see Ogre and orcs and the only goblin would be that skinny dude that keeps stalking frodo and wants his ring back.

That’s the goblin right but he doesn’t wear any helm though?

Could this actually be an orc helm?
