this is a covered hopper freight railroad train car that is used to transport grain.
In other countries it’s called Cargo Wagon but in the USA it’s called Covered Hoppered.
There are two types of hopper, with and without roof depends on the types of items transported.
Stuff like grains, cement which cant be exposed to rain and other weather conditions will use covered hopper.
This is an easy crafts model for adults who likes train models with only 2 paper templates but looks really cool once done assembling. Picture above is a finish model shared by Vasaq.
