Kitanomaru Square is part of MM Parkville models. No they weren’t erected on the same place but they were made by the same Japan Real Estate Investment Corporation.
The main purposed of this company giving out paper models is to get family members ( by attracting Childrens ) to see JREI as good homie real estate.
According to JREI, Kitanomaru Square is made for advanced users, means adults or people who are used to assembling complicated models. In another words, its a hardcore mode.
This scale model is sized at 1:500 with some parts is made different than original buildings due to the different in scale.
As I said before, I’m using these models MM Parkville and Kitanomaru for my Gundam’s diorama.
