Paper Mario Papercraft

Paper Mario is one of Nintendo’s popular franchise games, but that’s not the only thing they’ve created that gained popularity. They also made a trio of papercraft models featuring Mario, Luigi, and a mushroom mobster.

The game was first released in 2001 for the global market and is set to be remade for the Nintendo Switch in 2024. I haven’t played the original from 2001, but I did enjoy Super Mario Bros on my 3DS XL.

I apologize for my ignorance, but those are the only two Mario games I’m really interested in. Even though I haven’t played Paper Mario, I still find the concept intriguing.

For this paper mario papercraft the models are quite boxy, unlike in the game where they’re just slices of paper. Honestly, if the papercraft were just flat pieces of paper, you probably wouldn’t be that interested in building it… right?

So, you could say this papercraft has more of a Minecraft character design approach.

The model is pretty straightforward, so have fun with it!
