Shibuya Rin is one of the main characters in The Idolm@ster: Cinderella Girls video game and anime.
Shibuya here is the first and the last Figma that I actually bought mainly because she’s the only figurine / move-able figma that wore a proper Japanese High School girl uniform.
At the time her figma is a limited item for Wonder Festival 2013 and her price was $47..
There’s a lot of other figma wearing school uniform but their uniform are either fugly or not appealing. Only Rin here has the uniform that real Japanese high school girl would wear to school.
The Idolm@ster: Cinderella Girls is a ps3 game but recently launched an anime which I didn’t play or watch – had no interest whatsoever with the storyline, only has interest in Rin herself. 😛
Shibuya was designed by S.V , a known Japanese papercraft designer. There are about 76 parts needed to build her and the scale are about 27cm tall.
