He was available for LINE in Japan for a 100 yen and $0.99 everywhere else. You can buy it from here.
The stickers were part of LINE Creators Market where users can design and sold it on LINE.
Robio here has about 14 parts and they are all small parts. The height should be around 12cm. Difficulty should be around 3/5.
It was designed by Shunichi Makino and he previously design a same looking model called Civi Robo that you can download from here. It was designed back in 2001
