Patchouli knowledge is one of the character from Touhou Project pc game that was released for NEC Pc series back in 1995. It is an old pc games that was developed by Team Shanghai Alice.
The series was inducted into the Guinness World Records in October 2010 for being the “most prolific fan-made shooter series”.
A new doujin game made by fans titled Patchouli was released on 2010, aside from Patchouli the game consist of Kaguya Houraisan, Letty Whiterock, and Koakuma characters.
