There’s not much need for explanation since most kids today know about Naruto, and Kiba Inuzuka along with Akamaru are key characters in the anime.

Kiba Inuzuka is a chunin-level shinobi from Konohagakure’s Inuzuka clan. He and his partner Akamaru are both part of Team Kurenai. Akamaru was given to Kiba by his mother, Tsume, and they became very close soon after.
