This is Collete Brunel cosplaying as Rita. As for who is Rita, I have no idea.

Collet Brunel is the female lead in Tales of Symphonia. She is the seventh successful Chosen One, a being destined to regenerate the world by ascending the Tower of Salvation as an angel, thereby saving her world, Sylvarant.

Supposedly there’s a character name Rita in Tales of Symphonia but wiki and Googling didn’t give me any answers… Only the PDO tells me that Collete Brunel is cosplaying this Rita uniform.

Collete game paper craft requires 10 sheets of paper to build.
