Honda N-One is a light automobile known as Kei-car in Japan. Kei class car is small and exempted from the need to certify that adequate parking is available for the vehicle.
I suppose that it’s something like if you’re buying a car you must prove it to the government that you have a place to park them somewhere and not dumping it in someone else yard. These guys are stern about space in Japan..
According to Honda, N-One is only available in Japan and has been available since 2012. The paper model is part of their marketing promotion and it’s made in details replica as you can see in its interior and exterior.
