TKt48 is the first new locomotive of Polish design build after WWII for passengers.
After the WWII , Warsaw and Upper-Silesian area emerged as a developing area and needs for a passenger train increases, Tkt48 was born from the idea.
The design is derivative from Ty45, and Pt47 – A German supervision train from the war. Which is why it looks a bit war-like train . I hope you understand what I’m trying to convey here.
Trains build by the Germans during WWII era has a certain looks to them, military style? I think.
Obviously this is a locomotive crafts for adults with 1:87 scale. I think this is the first model I’ve encounter witch such scale.
