This was shown on Suzumiya Haruhi’s Spin Off episode 2 where Kyon found Nagato Yuki playing eroge in the clubroom and made her wore headphone so that she wouldn’t bother people around her while playing such sensational games.Nagato Yuki responded to Kyon gesture by asking if he wanted to play eroge together.

This is Asahina Mikuru in Maid uniform from The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi’s anime. While wearing this maid uniform, Asahina Mikuru almost killed Kyon with her “Mikuru Beam”. Kyon was lucky that Nagato Yuki was there to deflect her beam.

If I recall this is from the second season anime where they re-enacted summer vacation 15,000 times and caused Nagato to break down in the disappearances of Suzumiya Haruhi.
